What's in Fenugreek Essential Oil

Ancient Apothecary Fenugreek Essential Oil
For topical, aromatherapy or dietary purposes.
Fenugreek oil is extracted from fenugreek seeds, which are typically quite nourishing and also have certain health benefits, including support for healthy digestion and healthy microbial balance.†
As one of the oldest cultivated beneficial plants, fenugreek blossoms during the summer and produces lovely white flowers. However, it’s fenugreek seeds that fenugreek oil is derived from.
Fenugreek seeds have been used since ancient times for health purposes, and has been part of traditional remedies for millennia, dating back to ancient Egypt.
Native to Southeast Asia, fenugreek oil typically features antioxidants, flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids and certain vitamins. It’s also a great source of phytonutrients.
For use in supporting healthy digestion and a healthy microbial environment†, fenugreek is simply amazing.
